Chewing IT was founded by Mat in 2014, after watching his elderly parents receive poor — and costly — guidance on a computer problem. He'd already spent years supporting Central Coast businesses and decided to build something different: a diligent, reliable computer support business that homes and small businesses could actually trust.

Before launching, Mat completed Microsoft, cyber-security and networking certifications and put his hands on every layer of the stack — government networks, business infrastructure, servers, cloud, and end-user computers. The company name comes from the family surname; the promise is that every client gets the same care a family member would.

Today we review the overall technology needs of every client and deliver IT support that feels like having an in-house team sitting in your office. Managed plans cover proactive monitoring, maintenance, priority support and device management — and we pride ourselves on resolving issues as quickly as possible so you can get back to running your business.
