The setup
A growing structural engineering practice running the typical SMB stack — Microsoft 365 for email and collaboration, large CAD and structural-modelling files shared across the team, plus the usual mix of laptops, printers and video calls with clients and contractors. The engagement
Chewing IT took over as their outsourced IT department — proactive endpoint monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, a hardened security baseline (MFA, conditional access, EDR) and same-day support for the team.
